  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa and Atome. All payments will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

  2. Will BRAUNBUFFEL.COM store my credit card information?

    BRAUNBUFFEL.COM does not store your credit card information without your authorization. When you make a payment for your order, all credit card information is directly and securely transferred to Stripe, our payment gateway provider.

    You may however select the option at checkout to save your credit card information for a faster checkout for your future purchases. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to request for removal of your stored credit cards on your account.

  3. Am I liable for any import duties & taxes?

    All orders placed via BRAUNBUFFEL.COM.SG are fulfilled from Singapore and there will be no additional duties & taxes payable.

  4. What are your delivery options in Singapore?

    We offer complimentary deliveries to your address within Singapore for all purchases.

  5. Do you ship internationally?

    All orders placed via BRAUNBUFFEL.COM.SG can only be delivered within Singapore. Should you wish to have your order delivered internationally, you may shop on the relevant country site instead. You may locate options for your preferred country site on the top right corner of the page.

  6. How long will it take for my order to arrive and how much is the shipping cost?

    We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order within 3 – 5 business days from the date of purchase. This may be subject to change during festive seasons where there is a high volume of orders or an extended warehouse closure due to public holidays.

  8. How do I track the status of my order?

    An email with a shipment tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is being dispatched from our warehouse. Alternatively, you may check for any status updates on your account page.

  9. What happens if I miss my delivery?

    Our delivery partner, Ninja Van, will reach out to you prior to delivery. Should you not be available to receive your order and not contactable at the time of delivery, our Ninja Van will attempt a re-delivery of up to 2 items. You may also reach out to Ninja Van with your tracking number to reschedule your delivery at your preferred time.

  10. What can I do if I did not receive my Order Confirmation?

    An order confirmation will be sent via email to your provided email address. Do check your junk folder as the email may be directed there. If you have not received your Order Confirmation, please do check your provided email address or reach out to our customer service at [email protected] .

  11. Can I cancel or modify my order after confirmation?

    You may contact us at [email protected] with your Order Number as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been shipped out.

  1. What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?

    For orders purchased online
    We can only accept returns and exchanges for the order of regular priced items made on www.braunbuffel.com.sg, within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused and undamaged, attached with any original tags, packaging and accessories.

    In the event that you are requesting to exchange for a different item, please note that we will not be able to issue a refund for any balance should the new item be of a lower value. A top-up for the price difference will be required for an item of higher value.

    For orders made through any other of our international sites, please refer to the respective country’s FAQ as the terms for the Return & Exchange policies may vary.

    For items purchased at Braun Büffel Standalone Boutiques located in Singapore
    We can only accept returns and exchanges from Braun Büffel’s Boutiques located in Singapore within 14 days from the date of purchase for regular priced items. Items must be unused and undamaged with the original tags and accessories and accompanied with the original receipt issued at time of purchase.

    In the event that you are requesting for an exchange to a different item, please note that we will not be able to issue a refund of any balance should the new item be of a lower value. A top-up for the price difference will be required for an item of higher value.

    Any refund requests will be considered at the discretion of the store in-charge to your original method of payment within 14 business days of us receiving your returned item(s).

    For purchases made at Braun Büffel counters located in Singapore, shop-in-shop or overseas locations, please contact the respective locations for advice as Return & Exchange Policies may vary.

    Each order is only valid for a one-time exchange.

    Please arrange for your item to be returned to our warehouse per instructions provided by our customer service personnel. Shipping charges will be at your expense.

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns and exchanges from an online order at our retail stores at this time.
